Nob Hill Pied-a-terre

Located in the Nob Hill neighborhood, this modern condo was purchased by clients sight unseen as a west coast getaway. It has soaring views of Mt. St. Helens and Mt. Hood and abundant natural light, but lacked architectural detailing, adequate storage, and lighting control. During a five-month renovation, Jessica Lane Interiors partnered with Hamish Murray Construction to add built-in millwork, decorative wall finishes, new moldings, low lighting, and a custom gas fireplace.

Simplicity is the guiding tenet. The design approach prioritizes clean lines and luxurious materials that complement rather than detract from the city and mountain views. A few select items were sent from the client's primary residence, including artwork for the dining room and office. The rest of the furnishings are new, with several fully upholstered pieces offering scale and comfort, and custom casegoods providing much needed storage.
